Betting Terms & Conditions:

1. If the result of the completed event is cancelled later or changed for any reason (disqualification of a team or players, refereeing, holding conditions of the event, etc.), calculation of bets will be done on the basis of initial (actual) result. For example, if a football match between two teams ends as a draw (0-0), & then due to moral or disciplinary action the result of the match changes to (2-0), in this case bets will be calculated according to the primary result of the match, which in this case is (0-0).
2. Valid (factual) results are considered to be the results, which are announced on the basis of official protocols (governing bodies like FIFA, UEFA, FIBA, etc..) or other sources of information (live score & statistics websites..), right after the end of the event.
3. The calculation of bets are based on the factual start time and date of the event which is defined according to the official documents of the organization holding the competition, match, etc.
4. The claims of the clients concerning the results of the event are accepted for consideration during 10 days since the end of the event, by e-mail and in written form at the office, at the address of Head Office. If the match of basketball, baseball, hockey or rugby has been cancelled or postponed for any reason more than for 15 hours, the odds for the bets made on it are equal to 1.
   If it has been interrupted or stopped more than for 30 hours, all bets on this match (except for the cases mentioned in the cases 8,9) also will gain an odd of winning equal to 1 and if the event has been finished within 30 hours, all bets on it will stay valid.
   
5. All bets made on Soccer, American football and other sports events (except tennis) that have been cancelled or postponed more than for 30 hours for any reason are calculated with the odd 1. If the match of these kinds of sports have been interrupted and not finished within 30 hours since the moment of its stopping, all bets on that match (except for the cases indicated in 8, 9 ) are also calculated with the odd 1.
6. If one of the tennis-players refuses to continue the game for any reason (or is disqualified) in all remained games and sets, he/she is considered lost and the payment is made according to received results. If the refusal (disqualification) was taken place before the beginning of the match, the odd of the winning for all bets is accepted equal to 1 except for the bet on the result of the participant. If the tennis match has been interrupted and has not finished the same day and has been postponed, the bets on it are valid till the end of the tournament, within the bounds of which the match is held, until the match is over or anyone of the participants refuses.
7. The matches are considered to be taken place, if they have been interrupted, not finished in the time-frame specified in the points 5, 6 and if the played time is the following:
   Soccer – 70 min.
   Futsal – 30 min
   Basketball NBA (National Basketball Association) – 40 min.
   Eurobasketball – 35 min.
   Hockey NHL (National Hockey League) – 54 min.
   Bandy – 60 min.
   Eurohockey – 50min.
   American Football – 50min.
   Baseball – 5 periods (innings)
   Exceptions are the cases of equal scores at the moment of interrupting of matches, in such kinds of sports where the draw result is not allowed, such as basketball, baseball, American football, play-off series of NBA. In these cases the matches aren’t considered to be held and the payment is made with the odd 1 (except for the cases specified in 9).
8. If the match has not been finished and is not considered as completed, the outcomes, that have been already defined at the moment of interrupting (for ex. the outcome of the first half-time, the first goal and its time, etc.), serve as a basis for the calculations of the bets. For all other bets the payments are made with the odd 1.
9. In competitions where the conceptions “home” and “away” are used, in case of transferring the game to a neutral ground, the bets remain valid. In case of transferring the game to the opponent’s ground (except for the teams from the same city) the odd of winnings are accepted equal to “1″. If the international game has been transferred to another country, the bets made on it and on the event connected with it (for ex. transition to the next stage), are calculated with the odd “1″. If the conceptions “home” and “away” are not used for some events, in case of transferring the event to another place, all the bets remain valid.
10. If there is more than one winner in a given match or an event (which may occur in winter sports events, & few others..), the odds of bets is shared between the quantity of the winners. But it cannot be less than 1.0. For example, if in a given match the odds of a participant is 1.6 and the other is 3.4, and both have been considered winners, the odds of winnings for the victory of the first participant will be 1.0 and for the second will be 1.7.
11. If a member of the team (soccer-player, hockey-player, basketball-player) has not taken part in the match the odds of the winning of the bet made on him is “1″ (unless otherwise indicated).
12. In the disputable situations, which do not have precedents, the final solution is taken by the organizer.
13. Bets on soccer matches (including cup matches) are accepted for the main time of the match (two halves, each 45 minutes), unless otherwise indicated in the line. The referee can add time to the duration of each half for the substitution of the players, injuries, etc. The scored goals registered in the additional time consider to be done in the main time. The bets for MLS Championship are accepted taking into account the overtimes unless otherwise indicated.
    Double yellow card leading to a player’s removal from the field is considered as a red card. During the calculation of removals (red cards) and cautions (yellow cards) only the cards that have been shown to the players of the team who directly participate in the match are taken into account.
    
14. Futsal, handball, rugby, water polo, beach football, field hockey:
    The bets for these kinds of sports are accepted for the main time of the match unless otherwise indicated.
15. Hockey: The bets on other championships and all international championships are accepted on the regular time of the matches, unless otherwise indicated.
16. The bets on bandy are accepted for the main time of the match, unless otherwise indicated.
17. Basketball, baseball, American football, curling:
    The bets on these kinds of sports are accepted taking into account the overtimes, unless otherwise indicated. Exceptions are those events for which the end in a draw «Х» is given in the program. In this case the bets for the outcomes «1,Х,2» ,«1Х»,«12» and «Х2» are accepted for the main time of the match.
18. Volleyball, beach volleyball:
    The handicaps and the total for the volleyball match are indicated with points, unless otherwise indicated in the line. The organizer offers a bet named \”Score by half-times\”. The correspondent columns in the line are entitled: 3:0, 3:1, etc.
19. During the tennis game:
    a. If one of the announced participants is replaced by another one before the start of the game, then the bet on the event must be returned (excluding team competitions). All bets remain valid when there is a substitution of one or more participants in team competitions for any reason.
    b. When the player is retired or disqualified for some reasons, then already processed and accomplished bets remain valid. All the other bets should be returned, even if the outcomes are evident.

    2. Handicaps of games, sets and tennis games
    3. Totals of games, sets and tennis games
    4. Correct scores of games, sets and tennis games
    5. And other events.
    c. Bets remain valid in the following cases:
    Change of tennis lawn
    Change of venue
    Replacement of outdoor tennis court to indoor one.
    d. Recommended bets are accepted for the tournament winner, taking into consideration the mandatory participation in the tournament. If the player refuses to take part in the tournament before the start of the game, all recommended bets for win should be returned.
    e. If tennis is suspended, or not finished on the same day, the bets remain valid until the end of the tournament, in which the game is held, until the game is over or any of the participants is retired.
20. Motor races:
    The following types of bets are offered:
    Winner of the race. Winner is considered the participant of the race who takes the first place in the final classification.
    Podium position. The definite place of the racer in final protocol.
    “Who is better” The participant of betting predicts which driver in a pre-determined pair will finish in a higher position after the race.
    The racer who takes the higher place in final classification will be considered the better. If both racers retire, the winner is considered the one who has finished more laps. If both racers retire on the same lap, the bets are calculated with the odd “1″.
    “Will the racer retire or not?” In this section the participant of the betting is offered to guess if a certain racer will retire or not. The racer, who is behind the leading racer, is considered not outside of the race.
    “Fastest round” The participant should guess which racer will drive the fastest round.
    The warm up lap is included in the race result.
    In disputable situations regarding winner bets and podium bets the results will be determined according to the price giving ceremony.
    
21. Badminton, table tennis:
    The handicap and the total for this kind of sports are specified in points, unless otherwise indicated.
22. The maximum single bet amount for all markets other than soccer market is 500$.
23. The maximum multi bet amount for list(s) containing other than soccer market is 500$.
24. The maximum bet amount (single or multi) on any soccer market is 5000$.
25. A ticket can only be cancelled before the match/event starts (pre-match), and if the bet amount is more than 10$.
